MMs are throwing up blocks for the shorts, allowing them to cover.

Earlier in the day, I put in an order at the ASK that should have taken the whole thing out. It sat there forever, unfilled. Then, right before it filled, the ASK size was upped by 100k. So, the boys in the back are monitoring this thing like crazy and manipulating too. We can see what they are doing -- not like it isn't obvious.

So, the PPS is not here because it is what ICPA is worth. With all the good news of late, it's obvious using ANY valuation model that ICPA is worth multiples of where it is.

This is just manipulation, plain and simple. And that's not an opinion, it's a fact - based upon my own experience today and other days.

ICPA needs deep pockets and serious volume to bust through these....folks.
