It's possible that this has been manipulated to stay down this low so that when that mature debt got converted into shares, the holders would be able to negotiate receiveing as many shares as possible... now with the conversion out of the way, the manipulation downward may be over, as everyone involved now wants to see pps appreciation. just a thought... by the way, MVP don't bother responding bud - you are on ignore.
