WHY DIDN'T THEY TRY TO BUY IT ON THE CHEAP?????



...how do you know they didn't try? large stockholders in the co. such as zdarsky may have been unwilling to sell below a certain level... who knows?

(the point being that, with such a low float - only 23% of the O/S - a controlling interest simply cannot be purchased in the open market... even assuming that a buyer would be willing and able to step in purchase the entire float)
