With a R/S more than 1/100 and an increase in A/S this stock will trail behind some of the worst pink sheet stocks in the market
I would revise the 80% loss down to 50% after one week of opening, but increased revenues through Gov-Buys could bring this in a positive spin and heal itself.
After a major drop in pps this could very well be a good buying opportunity. imho
