Bought my first penny stock when they only published the quotes in a penny stock newspaper, or you had to call your broker. A billion shares were huge then, and it is not something to blow off now. A billion shares tell me that the cookie jar cover is busy here in OTOW land. Let’s see how long it takes OTOW to reach a penny and beyond. Easy to predict a penny and beyond, but that was done during my tenure and still got there only once. Been slipping ever since. Show me the PPS increase baby!!!
