You're spot on with dilution. I use to think this was a legitimate start-up, but after watching this the last 2 years I've concluded its a scam. You can still play the scam though. You just need to understand that when the CEO puts out a "PR" promising some acquisition or whatever, play the bump and then sell. Don't get caught holding a day or two later.
