Management has much better things to do than worry about these two comedians!
Fact : We are pumping oil
Fact : Under SEC rules our reserves are not on the
balance sheet, but they are in the text of
our filings and they do appear as a detail-
ed footnote to the financial statements.
Fact : We just filed our 10K
Fact : We have financing and in fact expect to
announce additional financing sometime
shortly
Fact : We will soon start drilling the new infill
wells at Shinkle.
Fact : We will shortly announce plans in respect
to the development of the gas at Shinkle.
Fact : The two comedians have NEVER contacted
anyone at CHAG with a concern or query.
