Been thinking why anyone would sell this close to filings, I can only come up with, someone in the know thinks they will miss the deadline and PSPW will get the caveat emptor designation and the price will drop into the 20's again, really cant think of any other reason, unless they also may know it will contain nothing of substance, or a BEAR play Either way to have over 85,000 shares suddenly sell below the ask is wierd. Any thoughts people?

Doesn't really matter to me much because of the DD, I'll wait and hold as always.....STAY THE COURSE.
