Lebanon will be dragged into any conflict with Iran as well in my opinion as Hizbullah(based in Lebanon) will likely come to the aid of Iran and attack Israel from within Lebanon thus dragging all of Lebanon into the conflict even though most Lebanese want no part of it. Lebanon is pretty much held hostage by Hizbullah in this regard and all of Lebanon suffers as result.

However when the shoe is on the other foot and Israel sent troops into Lebanon a few years ago, you did not see Iran attack Israel from within Iran to support Lebanon. Yet they expect Hizbullah to come to their aid if Israel attacks them. Let Hizbullah send its troops to Iran to fight from within Iran. Dont fire any rockets from within Lebanon. Thats the main reason many Lebanese want Hizbullah disarmed
