It's not a new name.

It's just a trademark thing, it appears that Biopack Enviromental Solutions trademarked the name Tristar Wellness Solutions.

Anybody know what state Tristar is incorporated in.

Besides, they need to spell their SEC name right first.
I'll help them: Biopack Environmental Solutions
That's how it is spelled at the SEC.
