Actually, Volk was terrible for Osage when he was the CEO. I read some of the filings and there is nothing that this man has done to inspire confidence, except for that he didn't stick around long. I am hoping for the same situation here, since Tony Mason has taken over the position of CEO. He, at least, has more going for him and I think he muscled his way into that position (which I think is a benefit for us) with Black Cat. I expect Volk to be long gone soon as I think his Modus Operandi is to screw people and leave. You will take notice that Osage did very well soon after he left. Not right away, mind you, but things turned out much better for them when he gave away his CEO position, much like he has done with WGAS.
