I agree. If you read some of the posts further down there are comments like "Did you hear the rumor of a major social network was going to buy these guys".

Since this company is now listed as "no information provided" they get movement on their stock by posting these rumors. If there are no press releases and no information to the SEC where on Earth would a rumor like that come from? Obviously from someone who owned stock or the CEO. Both would be illegal.
