Something will come out of conference, modified to scope to strategic minerals, and somehow moderating the environmental concerns (not ignore the needed studies, just don't sit on them, here is the time limit within which there is a chance for them to be done).
What will matter for AMY imo is some form of assistance on the financing, whether that be loan, loan guarantee, bonding support, whatever . . .
If they see MN is one of the more critical and the dependence on China is near total, I really do not see how it would be a miss - if there is something legislated, something more than the (apparently) discretionary funding capability established by the executive order.
PS. I am in AZ. AZ is mining friendly - but not at all levels and not to any and all mining efforts.
