Thanks. Having been involved in several aquisitions myself I know that there is a lot of due diligence that has to be done before a deal is closed. Lawyers and accountants always take a lot longer than anticipated (the longer it takes, the more $ they make) and this being vacation season, who knows what delayed the "sooner than planned" closing.
