Realistically the only thing that we know has happened is the Fresno Court case versus Etrade. We have no other tangible evidence that ANYTHING ELSE has happened behind the scenes. And you know that is correct.

Not saying that nothing is happening, just pointing out that we have no evidence/results to show us something actually is. And it is pissing me off...
