I don't know, an insider trading warning isn't a downgrade IMO. I am going to give this stock another 60 days to see if they can come up with anything worthwhile or any kind of upward movement. So far out of all the pink crap I have looked at this one has the best storyline by far and as I keep saying I am a sucker for pinks.
