Excellent report and synopsis...i just returned from the Tampa presentation...I won't repeat much of what you posted but can verify that most was repeated/touched on in Tampa...

first off, I was the only person there for the 1st hour before two other gentlemen showed ...surprising in a metropolitan area this size but maybe everyone was at Disney World--but it enabled me to have a nice listen to Mr Briscoe--the man can talk--in a good way, is extremely well-spoken and knowledgeable, and bursting at the seams with enthusiasm regarding the current state of Liberty--he knows what he's got ...

some points in no particular order:

I asked about circular tailings dump---he drew me a picture and gave an extensive technical explanation that in no way can I reproduce here ..but it's all good and an innovative way to solve a problem---currently being used in Rosemont in Az...essentially, a circular mound is built with the mining activity in the center--after excavation and processing, the "tailings" slurry--JB prefers CCR-Clean Crushed Rock-- is then put back in the mine along with concrete...a protective barrier surrounds the mound and the mound is graded and cultivated to look natural...

Larry Liang is in China---and responsible for the contact made with a large Chinese entity that is willing to finance the 2nd round of drilling/exploration to the tune of $200M at Big Chunk-and further to production--once Liberty accomplishes the initial round of drilling with positive intercepts...1st round entailing 4 holes in up to 12 targets...

also asked about LL and EB-5 financing along with the Fall 2011 formation of those Arizona LLC's---EB-5 is still in play and being sought--the RCI Arizona LLC is synergistic to Liberty in this area--the Main player is John Park, a Korean IB from Canada who has $1.5B assets under direction---2 projects in AZ are being undertaken-none that relate to Liberty at this point--but they may be involved as we get rolling in AZ...

Hay Mountain has an extensive grid of rock, soil, and plant samples and has drill ready targets with REE's as an unexpected bonus----JB would like to ZTEM it...

Mentioned the North Pipes and said they also would be drilled in the near future...

drilling permits are in progress in both AZ and AK...AK is a faster process...

He made a comment when discussing the Northern Dynasty JV subject, and why he didn't sign it, that we might get permitted in AK before Pebble
