It's not manipulated, IMHO. It is because of lack of communications/updates from the company for so long, imho. Even after they release PR of RM, it was hanging around 18s. I am suprised that this stock is still maintaining 14s without any info from this company. Most of the other pinkies would have been at triple zeros for this lack of news for so long, IMHO.
