... to add a bit more detail... all mature debt has been retired in the form of the most recent A/S increase. All new debt has been negotiated into stock options at a higher SP but these will not be allowed mature and convert.
do I have that right? did anyone catch the numbers on how much "new" debt there is (that was converted to those higher SP options)? I couldn't quite make that out.
