iOwn, it's always difficult to guess what is going to do super well or get an award. Look at "My Big Fat Greek Wedding." It came out of nowhere to become a smash success. SIL is certainly a moving documentary with beautiful footage. But the odds are long against it garnering an Oscar.

But we don't need that. We don't even need it to be a hit (although it could be.) We just need it to be a modest film and it will have been super worthwhile. Only $2.25 million invested. Should be a no brainer to recoup given the quality of the film.
