no...none taken..
pino and his crew performed an illegal act against this company and the share structure..period

ameritrade and etrades were not going to allow a short position to exist and be held accountible for stock
and would not allow this stock to re open under those conditions so megas hands were tied..

so he had to take financial considerations from the parties that committed these actions...
