you know megas taking the money was really his only
course of action so it should not be viewed as a negative statement..
he wanted the share buy in and was not going to be allowed to legally take place...

all the other info you are asking about was not part of any of the discussions the last 2 weeks to get this suspension lifted at 11;59 tonight...
