key word was "may have had". doesn't say anything about situations that were unknown at the time of the agreement.
you keep saying could, would, etc. but have absolutely no facts to support your argument.
the facts still remain:
ex-lawyers gave an extension, when they could have foreclosed. why? and saying they were being nice guys just won't cut it.
2nd korean came on board after lawsuit was known. and officer positions being given to both koreans occurred after lawsuit was known. why would koreans get involved if there was a major problem?
frankly, i have no idea why i bother to argue with fairy tales. it's actually to my advantage that pps has dropped, and i can buy more at a cheaper pps. instead of argueing, i should be offering thanks.
