Jett, your initial DD will lead to first conclude they have a huge acreage position, 868,000 acres....then 295,000 NET acreages.....then only 26,000 are in Permian Basin. Then you get to the Tom Tom Field. Nobody wants to talk about it.....why? Hummm... a call to the BLM and the NMOCD will tell you all you need to know. I was told by bxb "they will get to it when they get to it......" It has been numerous inactive wells and is an environmental nightmare.....

Look at the website to see where the 295,000 acres are....no oil...no gas... no reserve report....The 26,000 acres are totally dependent on others to drill on their leases. (except Tom Tom) Hummmm....without any cash?

Then you get to the current debt situation....maxed out line of credit! Maxed out? They drew down the final $200,000 in April. A total of $9.5 million.

As opposed to the others.....
Owners of neighboring fields, have done extensive remedial work and are infill drilling and prepping for a CO2 Flood in 2015 and have $25 million in cash on hand.
