It is what it is. I don't care if it's because they are humanitarian or not. I would actually prefer they do it for legal reasons.
I mean how can this be any different than good???? Did they just get bored and figured "hey, let's give cash back, shares back, and spend some more of our money on a new accounting firm, and then we will even buy some more shares back with our own money"?
They aren't doing this justforloveofthegame!
At the same time I will not deny they have some major (millions) in capital raising issues....and the only way that issue has even the slighest chance of happening is one of two things.
1. Institutional Investor steps up to the plate (personally I think unlikely as these guys want as much for themselves as possible).
2. PPS has to be .045 or more to raise capital with further dilution when it becomes a need to maintain growth.
