Robo,

The current Fiscal Year for PCFG ends on December 31, 2012. This means the 3rd Quarter results (July to September) are required by the SEC 45 calander days after the close of the quarter with a 5 calendar day grace period. Because PCFG is been late on a number of reports and November 19th is on a Monday, I figure November 20th is the date for the release of the 3rd Quarter results.
