1) try to imagine the reaction of any potential partner so mentioned.

2) try to imagine the reaction of any other company who was (Before reading such an announcement that is) considering contacting KBLB to discuss the possibility of partnering!

3) I defy you to name ANY publicly traded company that has EVER made any such announcement! There are a number of VERY good reasons that you can't!
