NONE of you on this board except one or two guys and its not ICU, Argyl, Stock, etc HAVE NO IDEA HOW THE TRANSFER PROCESS FROM PINKS TO OTC.bb happens. I do. Why, because first I know more than you and second I spend endless hours researching this and actually talking on the friggin phone to SEC officials. Look at NWAU if you want a "comparable" (capable of being compared to). I have spend much time lately actually talking on the phone with SEC officials and OTC officials. You guys have no idea. This filing is going to happen soon - this going back and forth thing is TYPICAL and we may be being EDGARIZED RIGHT NOW. We are likely days away, I cannot tell you because I do not know how far Edgar is backed up. And, remember they have to put out a 10-k and TWO 10-Q's and then a 3rd quarter 10-q very soon (in October unless they get an extension). So, WE ARE CLOSE in my opinion. My guess is the company will not put out a press release telling us what is happening because they will let the filings do the talking soon. I am just hoping for a break-even with good forward profitable guidance for the second quarter and profitability for the third. They have many things going, exciting company imo. ALL IMO
