Golly whiz, when are these so called investors gonna believe that to make both companies more profitable is by becoming one, it makes it a more beneficial operation for both media companies, for both they expand on account of the other!

And makes the niche more attractive to other corporations for business sense!

Restricted shares is what the punch CEO gets!


the two companies become one which is still publicly traded. the new (ICPA already public) public company which operates the same business they originally founded.
