yeah....I think it was havocjohn who said something about wishing he sold at 89 an got back in at our current levels but if you really think about it you would have to consider....
1. how many shares would you be expecting to buy back?
2. would the volume have allowed you to buy that many back
3. how many days would it take to get it back (how many separate commissions)
4. depending on how you answer those would you be assuming you were the only one to get the majority of the shares???

while the price would be nice to get....the volume is so low that it would have been a risk. most shares are put away on hold (and rightfully so IMHO)
