Thanks Art. The " shell " part is a decent analogy, but Parent and medhi had mining co experience. So " shell" in the traditional sense, as in a "blank check", SNEY doesn't really fall into. But, it was definitely a mutually beneficial deal for SNEY and Allied. Allied got to get a public traded Co and the funds needed to make it big, and SNEY, well they got a sweetheart deal IMO. The SL claim is huge. It has done of the best assays for Gold, Platinum, and definitely REE. Couple Allied's ties w SL gov, their experienced personnel, SNEY deal making savvy, knowledge of markets, uplisting experience, and ability to raise $, and..... Well, that's why we are here. Story just getting started!
