I talked to a source close to the Texas project tonight, and I expressed my concern on not finding any production figures on the Garcia #2 or the other test wells on the Texas RRC website. He advised not to be surprised, because Texas allows drillers to "tight hole" their production numbers for up to 1 1/2 years or more so as to not attract undue attention from other companies.
