the INTENTIONAL misinformation is incredible. if it wasn't so pathetic, it would be hysterical.
1) pennies and sub-pennies aren't shorted by retail. they're shorted by mm's, funds, brokerages, etc. there is really no way of knowing if uspr has been shorted (finra sight is inaccurate), since it is usually naked shorting, and not reported.
2) ex-lawyers (duane morris) did not leave on friendly terms. so if they were going to foreclose, why would they offer any extension? since everyone is coming up with fairy tales, i'll tell you my "fairy tale" --- which makes a lot more sense than the others. imo, the legal problems in mexico are a result of duane morris negligence. so the last thing duane morris is intereseted in doing, is foreclosing when a deal is so close. imo, once the legal problem is settled, the deal will "appear" magically. furthermore, imo, it is highly unlikely that the legal problem is serious. if it was serious, jackg/johnnyv would be shouting at the top of his lungs that uspr is dead. on the contrary, it is very likely that the legal problems are close to being settled, which would explain jackg/johnnyv's silence.
I'LL REITERATE, WHY DIDN'T DUANE MORRIS FORECLOSE ON MAY 24TH? THEREFORE, IF NECESSARY, WHY WOULDN'T THEY OFFER ANOTHER EXTENSION? WHY IS JACKG/JOHNNYV MYSTERIOUSLY QUIET ABOUT THE LEGAL PROBLEM IN MEXICO?
