I would say this is definitely not standard and IMO shows the quality of company Amphastar is.



This is nothing out of the norm and it'll have no meaning in the case. It might shock most people, but IMS (amphastar's mfg arm) is in the middle of building a respectable biological manufacturing facility so this is the last you'll hear about them.
