Dilution has started back up and at this price it's not good, tomorrow they'll be able to convert shares at .0042 and with nearly $1.5 million to be converted that means 375 million shares to hit the market give or take for price movement, the merger will afford them the opportunity to move a lot of shares but the value isn't nearly as high with that number of o/s when they're done, and don't forget the rest of the dilution at year end
