Paul at the BLM office said the SIRG MOP was approved after the last revision. That's the biggie!

Then they decided to require an E.I. S. from SIRG which is BS since neither Mercator Minerals nor Hondo (neighboring mines) were required to submit them.

SIRG also needs to update the Reclamation Plan and post a bond. So we are waiting for approval of 2 more documents.
