Reters, unfortunately I agree with you. There is no check and balance with the Government people because if there was they would NEVER seize private property for the sole reason to continue to cover up their own illegalities, mistakes and more.
Just as in the WaMu case, there are no mistakes here, just premeditated and orchestrated fraud, theft and illegal seizure. If the Government had a check and balance there is no way they would let these kind cases go to a verdict, knowing if the law is enforced they cannot win.
They may do this if they are using undue influence, coercion and threats through direct or indirect communication to this court. Then they will wait to see if the Criminals get the verdict they are trying for and if not, then and only then will they settle.
I am sorry but I have four years experience (WaMu) with our corrupt Government and the same applies to the Delaware Bankruptcy system, so I do not hold out total hope based on the law. There are many positive differences in UWBKQ case and I still like the odds but one has to be extremely careful here!
