I'm kinda thinking that the filings are done but they haven't actually submitted them because there is something in the filings that might result in more allegations of wrongdoing by Mr. Feller (Like perhaps the $2 million that was to be paid by Stratus to PELE having never actually occurred). They might be trying to give him all the time possible to correct the situation before going forward with the filings. If that money was never actually paid despite being confirmed in SEC documents, there could be a heap of trouble headed for PF.
