I guess I have a problem understanding the logic behind stock awards and bonus awards..or wage increases..when a company is losing large sums of money..if you own your own company and have a big loss for the year..do you give yourself and your employees a bonus?..increase wages?..not if you want to stay in business for long..of course this doesn't apply to some public companies..all they have to do is sell the public more shares..business as usual..imo
