I notice that this is the first rebound since July 2011 talk with Galileo. My only question is "What is IBRC planning to use the proposed 10 Mill for?" I know only a long can answer this, but it is a concern. IBRC is the real deal, but i have yet to see any PR on future growth and/or pending contracts, etc.What am i missing here?
