Hweb, check out the 6K filing on August 16 for CNTF. That has the quarterly financials in there, although share counts are not presented. Have to dig deeper into the IPO filing back on 5/6 for that......my number: 43.9MM shares (ADRs).

They don't provide a cash flow statement either, but that can be approximated from the balance sheet and income statement. From what I can tell, the company is generating solid cash flow from ops, and has $3.00/share in cash on its balance sheet.
