but we are supposedly past that, and it still doesn't change the fact that they have not been good at book keeping.
I realized from the get go that most transactions in both SL and Ghana will be/would be cash transactions, but just cause they are paying cash doesn't mean they shouldn't have a log book to keep track of those things, that can be referenced later when they knew they would have to file paperwork to get current.
I learned about keeping logs/records when I was 18, and have found there is no excuse for not keeping notes/records on any job site I am responsible for. On more than one occassion those notes have covered my butt when an issue came up later.
