If the judge rules that the Emeralds were out of the Atocha Treasure Zone, then all this comes down to is THEFT. From what we know so far, all the Fishers have is here say. But, u r right. Bring in the guy who sold the map and point out that thats alot of Emeralds to smuggle out of a site. One ? though, does anyone else know where the Atocha is? And how hard would it be to sneak in at night? Just saying, with all of todays tech, u could GPS the boat and get coordinates?
