The main one I've heard people complain about for the past year is TD Ameritrade, but I think there are a few select others. Most brokers are fine. I use Fidelity for a flat $7.95 trade no matter how much is bought or sold and no other commissions or fees. Etrade is similar, but $9.95 a trade I believe...
