He keeps saying how much the cards will bring, but keeps deeping back into the cookie jar every chance he gets.

I'm left wonding just how much of his PR's will ever actually show as completed. He'll promise 14 things and deliver 1 a year later, or he will announce something for the end of the summer, and deliver a year later, if we are lucky. 600 million in the OS is crazy.

The only time he promotes OTOW is when he wants to dump share. Leaves one wondering where this is all headed.
