Ive seen both arguments for a R/S and though both sides bring good points, but I find it hard to believe there won't be a R/S because the number of outstanding shares is already WAY TOO HIGH. With that many outstanding it seems that it would be harder to build shareholder value to the ALREADY Kool Tel Shareholders. Im sure they would think the number of shares is way too outstanding JMO
