Joro44 here is the answer to your question.

I have been trading over 4yrs now, and I have participated in many conference calls. It is common practice for companies to require registration before a call. Also, companies do require a password to participate and alot times passwords are given to shareholders only.

Most experienced traders are used to this process. There is nothing to get exited about here.
