Reters, thank you for the very nice timeline and reply. I have been doing much catch up as I spent most of my allocated time the last four years doing D.D on WaMu. I feel very strongly that in the NEWCO of WMIH (old WaMu) that equity received will turn out very well between now and the next year.

This is due to anywhere between 15 and 45 billion dollars worth of various tax attributes. I feel there is no way that these kind of money people are NOT going to capitalize and mazimize the new WaMu. I have been wrong before and can be again but this should be an excellent bet! I have FINALLY got a respectable position in UWBKQ.

I wish EVERYBODY that is sincere here the very best as I have been through hell the last four years and know how all of this feels. I am so glad there is a respectable Judge in this case or so it seems and I hope and pray she does the "RIGHT" thing and finds for justice which is no doubt on the side of UWBKQ!
