Velociti question,

why does HLNT needs Velociti?
there is already a network of dealers active that can supply & install the electrolizers why do they need a second network of installers ?

And if this deal with Velociti becomes a reality, what will HLNT do
with the existing dealers-installers ?

Wondering ( & skeptical ) mind.
