Yes I see your point. Your definition of dilution (in the traditional sense) is correct. However smoke is referring to those shares already being sold to market to raise capital. For all we know they were used in private placement to raise funds. The original 11 investors also had private placements. We do not know the terms of those deals. If Lisa was successful in doing this with the 11 original who is to say she couldn't do it again? I understand what dilution means. But down here some people refer to it as the selling of stock to shareholders so they are left with the bag. I don't see that happening here.
